They were rude with me when I didn't purchase a car after I told them exactly what I wanted and they couldn't provide it. I have since been treated very rudely when I come in for maintenance. Right now my ca I told them exactly what I wanted and they couldn't provide it. I have since been treated very rudely when I come in for maintenance. Right now my car has been in service dept. since Dec 6, 2023. I have been told repeatedly that I am next and then it never gets done. I had carried my car there regularly for maintenance and they never diagnosed and repaired the issue. Lukas is very cool towards me. One day he offered 3 other people in the waiting room water and just dismissed me. I've begged for service and no one seems to care. Once i sat in the lobby for a recall repair for 2 hours to then be told the part had not been ordered and that I would just have to come back. More

I would like to recommend Calvin Harvey at Allen Samuels Jeep Dodge Chrysler to anybody looking to buy a vehicle. I called him on Friday morning to buy a new Chrysler Pacifica and he was able to get everyth Jeep Dodge Chrysler to anybody looking to buy a vehicle. I called him on Friday morning to buy a new Chrysler Pacifica and he was able to get everything done via text and over the phone so all we had to do on Saturday was pick up the vehicle.
