If you want the best salesperson ask for Calvin Harvey. We always deal with him because he is awesome. Unfortunately it took fourteen hours over four days to make a deal. Financing was a nightmare. Hyundai Financing acted as though this was the first time they had an applicant like us. Long story made short. We should have been informed of all information and documentation that would be needed to be presented for credit approval on day one. It should not have been piecemeal over four days. Correct? Anyway between Josh Gray from financing and us there was some understandable tension at times. Josh persevered and was able to close the deal. Thanks Josh! Sorry you had to be the “MAN IN THE MIDDLE” We appreciated all your hard work. Next it was off to everyone’s favorite part, signing the paperwork. We worked with Cory Anderson and what a pleasure it was. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had and to make sure we understood what we were signing. Bought a new jeep with an added package. I was very disappointed when I received my jeep and noticing the package wasn't what I was offered. I complained and never received 100% what I was told I would get. The changes that could be made were made and the workmanship from the second company was very poor. I complained again and it was sent to a different company to finally get resolved. I felt my salesman never had my best interests in mind and was just out to make a quick buck. Ultimately the sales manager got involved and managed to get everything taken care of. Also, the salesman needed to be better familiar with the Jeep vehicles in my opinion. I would not return in the future for another purchase. Unfortunately, the trust factor is gone. More
