The process usually takes all day and is often filled with frustration, stress and even arguments. With Jacob Brantley, me and my family had the complete opposite of that. He was beyond helpful and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I asked about. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. We spent less than three hours in the dealership and ended up getting the exact truck we wanted at a more than fair price.
