3 Hrs to buy a used vehicle outright with cash I went in to buy a used Chevy Blazer. It took me longer to purchase this vehicle (3Hrs) than it did to buy a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado from Sandy I went in to buy a used Chevy Blazer. It took me longer to purchase this vehicle (3Hrs) than it did to buy a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado from Sandy and Bubba's Milton Chevrolet. I don't understand why it had to go before a finance Mgr and get approval when we were paying for it outright. I understand the salesman I was working with (STEVE) was new to the lot but he was not new to the industry. Another saleslady came into the office to show him how things needed to be done and I appreciated the time she took to ensure all paperwork was in order. The Finance Mrg Brandon was professional and very personable. He answered all questions and explained what each charge was on the invoice. It seemed as if Steve was rushing through the paperwork. I also do not understand why when calling my INS company Steve would ask for my PIN instead of allowing me to enter it myself. After being on the lot for 2 hrs I just gave it to him out of frustration. I do understand that the commission on a vehicle that is $999 is not that much, but for a 1st vehicle for my daughter I would expect the experience to be a little quicker and less aggravating. Maybe if we were purchasing a new vehicle we would have been treated with little more decorum and less like someone who is monetarily deficient. This will be the only vehicle I purchase from this dealership. Its worth the drive to Milton for better service. More

We brought our 2016 Colorado in for a rotate and balance and explained we have had a c The service provided by Allen Turner Chevrolet ws outstanding. We brought our 2016 Colorado in for a rotate and balance and explained we have had a continued vibration at 75 to 80 miles an hour. The service manager drove the truck and confirmed the vibration. A tire rotation and balance was done, along with a road tolerance test. The tires turned out to be fine. So a computer test was done for vibration and determined it needed a reset. The truck drives better than it has since we've owned it. Thank you for your outstanding attention and interest in getting to the bottom of our issue and taking care to fix it.
