Great Dealership I went first next door to the Ford Dealership and walked and drove around that parking lot for a full 30 minutes. I even stopped and made eye contact with several of the salespeople I saw out on the lot, all smoking cigarettes. Finally I drove next door to Allen Turner. I drove the parking lot once. Got out and looked at a few and then was approached by Liz in a very professional and friendly NON PUSHY way. I was most impressed by that. She was never pushy. She worked as hard as she could and got me in the vehicle I liked. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

Be wise. We had a vehicle and budget in mind, they tried hard to get us in something different. Wasted a lot of time when the vehicle we wanted and eventually We had a vehicle and budget in mind, they tried hard to get us in something different. Wasted a lot of time when the vehicle we wanted and eventually bought was on the lot the whole time. After purchasing the vehicle, it has been nothing but problems. All used vechiles can have issues, but don't trust them when they said they did the inspection. The Turner Safety Insepction (or whatever the sticker in the windshield says) must not be thorough. The vehicle was even a Chevrolet from the Chevrolet dealer. Overall not a good experience, Kevin Hightower was excellent to work with though. He was the one bright spot about buying from this dealer. An amazing dealership!!! Allen Turner Chevrolet has to be the most amazing auto dealership I've ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new Chevy Cruze from them in late January, Allen Turner Chevrolet has to be the most amazing auto dealership I've ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new Chevy Cruze from them in late January, was an absolutely wonderful experience. Unfortunately a few weeks later I was in a bad accident and totaled my brand new car, that I loved. It was a rough week to say the least, totaled my car on Monday, had to have a previously scheduled out patient on Wednesday, and then after surgery was extremely stressed in how I was going to fix the car situation. Well I called Dave Shapiro, the salesman who had originally helped me buy my first Cruze. In the matter of hours from talking with Dave on the phone I was driving off in another brand new Cruze exactly like the one I had originally purchased that I loved, Allen Turner himself even came in to say hi and check on me. Allen Turner Chevrolet gives the other dealers in the area a very high bar to try and reach, everyone I dealt with there from Dave Shapiro, Maac, and Brandon in finance are aces and truly wonderful human beings that care about their clients, any vehicle I would purchase in the future will most definitely be purchased from Allen Turner Chevrolet, they are truly amazing!
