Somewhat disappointed I scheduled my appointment in advance to have the oil changed, the recall fixed and to have them clean the top of the interior from staining where it I scheduled my appointment in advance to have the oil changed, the recall fixed and to have them clean the top of the interior from staining where it leaked. Which was why it was recalled. They did everything but fix the damage to the interior. It wasn't that bad but it should have been fixed. I was told they ran out of time. Even though it was preplanned and was part of the scheduled appointment. I also dropped my car off at 7:30 am so I wasn't sure why there wasn't time set aside. Now I have to bring my car back in for another visit when I get a day off of work. :/ More

He put me in touch with David Cole and his teamate Liz Thompson. Both were very helpful in meeting my needs and understanding my financial limitations. They were never pushy and actually listened to what I was looking for. They put together the best possible deal at the best price with a payment I can afford. While I did not purchase a new truck, I'm very satisfied with my new-used truck, and when it's time to upgrade, Allen Turner will be my first (and hopefully last) phone call.
