I decided to start looking for a Santa Cruz and started off going to a dealership in FWB and were very disappointed with our interaction initially saying they couldn't give us a value on the trade in upfro off going to a dealership in FWB and were very disappointed with our interaction initially saying they couldn't give us a value on the trade in upfront until we had selected a vehicle to buy first. This led us to call Allen Turner Hyundai, Jordan answered the phone answering all my concerns. He assured me that they would be able to give me a trade in value on my vehicle upfront and that they won't pressure you. He referred me to Robin W. who promptly reached out to help me schedule my appointment with her. She did a fantastic job of answering all my questions, being friendly and helpful throughout the shopping and purchase experience. She took time to go over features and walk us through what we needed to know and letting us know she would be there to answer any other questions or with any other needs. She never threw her toys out the cot like our previous experience at the dealership in FWB when we negotiated the deal :-) Pedro D. professionally facilitated an agreement that suited us both and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Steve M. helped us close out the documentation part by going in depth with details of options and explaining each part of the warranty. He explained that Hyundai would always back their product and they would be available to help in any way possible.
