My husband and I have always enjoyed our experiences working with Allen Turner Hyundai. We stopped by the lot to take a look around on Wednesday evening, just a few minutes til close, and we were approa working with Allen Turner Hyundai. We stopped by the lot to take a look around on Wednesday evening, just a few minutes til close, and we were approached by Josiah who was more than happy to stay and talk to us about anything we had questions on. He even ran into the building to grab two sets of keys so that I could at least sit in the two vehicles we had narrowed our choice down to. He stayed almost an hour past closing, and even stood in the rain, still happily answering every single question we threw his way. We wanted to give him our business after the great experience we had, so we set it up for us to come back and meet with him on Friday evening. Josiah had already pulled the two vehicles out front, and even started them both up so that they would be nice and cool in the Florida heat for our test drive. The whole process was so smooth and stress-free, all the way down to financing and closing on the deal (which went until 9 pm, but both Josiah and Steven in financing were happy to help with down until the very last second). Even Kim, who appraised our trade-in, was kind and friendly in every interaction we had with her. The three of them worked very well together and were able to close the deal for us in just over two hours from start to finish. We appreciate their kindness and patience, and we would recommend this dealership (and more importantly, Josiah!) to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle over any other dealership on the Gulf Coast.
