I was not prepared to buy a vehicle that day. But, I decided to go take a look at the inventory it was a done deal. Mr. Adonis and Mr. Ali were superb in all of their explanations of the car, t But, I decided to go take a look at the inventory it was a done deal. Mr. Adonis and Mr. Ali were superb in all of their explanations of the car, the finance and trade. I was hesitant to go all the way through, but Mr. Adonis made it more manageable, for my budget. Adonis was our original sales man at the used car lot. He was argumentative and condescending to my wife multiple times. If the business manager didn’t come in and complete the deal we would have walked o He was argumentative and condescending to my wife multiple times. If the business manager didn’t come in and complete the deal we would have walked out. When we got the vehicle he didn’t even get it detailed. I could also hear him talking negatively about us to the car trade in appraiser. Luckily this is where the business manager stepped in and completed the paperwork for us. More
