They made the process so easy, took the time to explain the features of my new 2023 Tucson and they kept their word on when my car would be ready. They have definitely earned my trust and business. Gene was attentive from the moment we approached the sidewalk in front of the dealership! Although we came on referral from a business associate of ours, and asked for Rob by name, Gene cordially took sidewalk in front of the dealership! Although we came on referral from a business associate of ours, and asked for Rob by name, Gene cordially took us inside to meet Rob, the person to whom we had been referred. In the end, Gene took me for a test drive, answered every question I asked, and then added much more information. He was low key, cordial, friendly and courteous...truly a great Sales Consultant! We took ownership of the car the following day, on Gene's day off, and Jason Diaz was just as helpful, friendly and supportive as Gene was the previous day. What a dynamic duo! Both have offered to answer ANY questions I might have in the future...just call to make an appointment, and then come by for all the answers! How can this be any better?! Thanks to everyone for such a great experience! More

I had a wonderful experience buying my new 2023 Hyundai Kona. My salesperson Gene was wonderful. He made sure to educate me on the car and made me feel welcome throughout the process. I didn’t feel the nor Kona. My salesperson Gene was wonderful. He made sure to educate me on the car and made me feel welcome throughout the process. I didn’t feel the normal “car salesperson” feeling at all. Additionally, our contract agent (the business manager), Jami, was wonderful as well. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly and when I had questions it felt like she was happy to help. Not only was she a joy to work with but she also worked hard to make sure I was able to get out of the box I was painted in with my previous car. Thank you Gene and Jami, and thank you Allen Turner Hyundai! More
