What a nice experience. Being a senior citizen, my wife and I have experienced quite a variety of car dealerships and sales personnel. Our experience at Allen Turner Hyund Being a senior citizen, my wife and I have experienced quite a variety of car dealerships and sales personnel. Our experience at Allen Turner Hyundai in Pensacola Fl was exceptional. Our sales rep, Mr. Bob Folker was a reminder of how new car sales should be. What a great experience. From the moment we met Mr. Folker, we realized this was going to be a different experience for us. This gentleman explained everything to us and I mean everything. All the charges for the vehicle we wanted, explained everything in great detail and answered every question we had. Most of the questions involved hidden charges, charges that we are not comfortable paying or do not want to pay and charges that seem to pop up at the last minute. Well, there were no hidden charges, nothing popped up at the last minute and our discussions on price for all the items and options we wanted as discussed the day before ended up being exactly or should I say slightly below what I had calculated at home. Mr. Folker covered everything, provided me with documents showing charges for everything we wanted and then when I was anxious about the final signing with the senior rep, advised me that everything would be exactly as we discussed and agreed on. Guess what ? Our out the door for our new vehicle was slightly less than I added up at home. What a great group of people to deal with. We are not just happy, we are supper happy with our sales person, Mr. B. Folker, and the wonderful, honest, dealership. The Fosters More
