Mr. Bob is very calm. The first thing that impresses me was what he said, "Do you need help, or do you want to be left alone? Or do you have questions that I may be able to help?" He is very genuine, calm, unhurried, never pushy and he is very patient with my funny, stupid questions but informations I need to know that are very important and essential to me. I'm so blessed that God sent him to approach me. I never thought I would buy another car from Hyundai. He is very informative, and so so so patient, soft spoken as he shows me the new gadgets and nice features of the car. We love him and thankful to God for this very kind man. I really love the car, it is really a surprise to me that my favorite color sits in the parking all along as I was window shopping for a car all over and lastly ended in Hyundai. He is very respectful, honest and he explains to me step by step and explains the details about the car, the camera, the map, the music, gas saving buttons and other more.
