My wife and I pulled into Allen Turner Hyundai to look at a few SUV's to buy. We were greeted by Terris with a smile. He helped us look at a few different SUV's and while driving, Terris was talking about ho a few SUV's to buy. We were greeted by Terris with a smile. While he was talking you could hear how appreciative he was of the ownership and how much he like the company he worked for. I knew at that point that this was a company and sales person that we wanted to purchase our next car from. After testing three SUV's my wife decided on one. We then were helped by James with the financial side of it to get the payments we wanted and he had outstanding customer service as well. All around a great experience with Allen Turner Hyundai!!! We worked with two separate sales persons, and the sales manager. We were very impressed with their knowledge of the vehicles and the no pressure sale, i.e. they did not try to talk us into anything we wer manager. He acted as a consultant who cared rather than trying to needlessly upgrade everything. I enjoyed my test drive with him and he was patient as I went through three different models of cars trying to make a decision. Once I decided, Charla in finance was excellent to work with. She explained everything I needed to know about the car and financing but it was an enjoyable conversation rather than robotic like I've had in the past. I highly recommend coming through this dealership if you need to purchase a new car. More

We had an emergency with our Santa Fe. The Ac had stopped working and we were on our way to California. We called while we were on Route 10 and they gave us an appointment right away.
