We were very impressed with their knowledge of the vehicles and the no pressure sale, i.e. they did not try to talk us into anything we wer manager. I enjoyed my test drive with him and he was patient as I went through three different models of cars trying to make a decision. Once I decided, Charla in finance was excellent to work with. She explained everything I needed to know about the car and financing but it was an enjoyable conversation rather than robotic like I've had in the past.
