Don was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to our desires of what we wanted in a vehicle and worked very hard to find the right automobile for us. The first part of our search was to find the car that would catch our eye in color and style. Don showed us the vehicles on the dealership lot and also checked other dealerships on our behalf and provided that feedback to us. We felt it was very helpful. Once we were more or less satisfied with our first phase, with Don's guidance, we then focused on vehicle amenities and how they would satisfy our wants and needs. We were VERY pleased the way Don listened to us and guided us to just the right vehicle model without trying to step us up into a more expensive model. As with many shoppers, we were not aware of all the features available on new vehicles (since our present vehicles were each at least a decade old). Don took special care to be certain we understood the many new (to us) features and their significance with regard to safety and comfort on modern day vehicles. Since our shopping was during the end of the year season, we, at times, could not find just the right vehicle for us. Don searched other dealerships while also causing us, as customers, to re-evaluate the features we thought we wanted/needed on a vehicle. The discussions we had with Don were VERY productive and a great experience for us. In the end, because Don had listened to our desires he was successful in finding the right car for us at what we believe was a very reasonable price. My wife is very pleased, and as the saying goes, if she's pleased, then I'm very pleased. And, though, we've only had the car for a short time, Don has followed up with us to be certain the car is all we expected it to be.
