Purchase of two new vehicles...Genisis G80 and Palisade SE We had heard great comments from friends about Allen Turner Hyundai vehicles, employees, facilities and service/maintenance department. We were not disappointed with any of the categories listed above. However, after meeting Claudio Nati and discussing cars of interest, we knew this was the dealership and the gentleman from which we wanted to make purchases to meet our transportation needs. Claudio Nati is engaging, personable, professional, competent, knowledgeable (impressed that if he did not have the answer to a question, he would say so and then immediately find the answer...extremely honest man) and organized. He listened to what we wanted and needed. Then his suggestions and guidance took place. The Genisis G80 and the Palisade SE went home with us. From the beginning to end of our purchase process, Claudio was there making the transactions comfortable, pleasant and without stress. Claudio took care of EVERYTHING for us...and with the greatest smile and genuine care. We thank him sincerely. Due to Claudio, Kim, Jack, Kevin and others, we will always do business with Allen Turner Hyundai. Great staff and especially Claudio...a stellar representative of Allen Turner personally (spoke highly of the owner's integrity and goals/vision for his business) and was excited about working with these vehicles.
