Working with Claudio was a pleasure, so much so that I feel like I have a new BFF. Super sales Manager Miss Kim Douglas marshaled her financial forces to the attack and, applying her expertise, achieved the transaction result I sought. We all had tears of joy running down our faces. Even the receptionist, Miss Marci, ever cheerful and helpful, had misty eyes. Much positive energy was sent out into the universe. It was a victory for all mankind! I have purchased many cars from many dealers and I can truthfully say that none have had the professionalism, friendliness and positive atmosphere throughout that Allan Turner Hyundai provided. Excellant service through P'cola office not in Crestview I called in reference to a 2007 and the 2012 Honda Civic that I saw on the internet for my son, I was referred to Tony Johnson who sent me a text mess I called in reference to a 2007 and the 2012 Honda Civic that I saw on the internet for my son, I was referred to Tony Johnson who sent me a text message inquiring when I would be coming in and if I was already loan approved. I replied yes that it would be either the next day or the day after however I noticed that the 2012 had some rear end damage so not that one just the 2007 and we would look at other things that might be in his price range. At this point Tony seemed to not to be interested in my business. Again, on Thursday I let Tony know we would be there Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning I text Tony to see if they had the car in Crestview but he said no they showed it Friday and did not know if they sold it. I ask tony for the Phone number and Address and he never responded so I looked up the number and address up myself. We proceeded to Pensacola and worked with Dave Dye who called us on our way there and had the car ready and under the owning so we could look at it without getting wet. Some of the salesmen had no idea that car was on the lot because it was on the back of the lot which tells me it had not been shown Friday. I feel like Tony Johnson was not interested in my business maybe because he wasn't going to make that much profit. However, Dave Dye and the crew of the used car lot was excellent and very attentive even though we were not spending a large amount of money they treated us like we were spending millions! Thanks Dave Dye and Tim Turner used cars of P'cola you rock and my son couldn't be happier!!! More

We gave them our price number and some haggling did take place. However, it was nothing overly ridiculous. They actually complemented our trade-in instead of insulting us. I have been car shopping for a year now and was narrowing my search between two SUVs. I loved my 2009 Rogue but all the new SUVs were either longer, higher, wider, or all three. Once I explained what I was looking for, Dean knew exactly what I was looking for - the Kona. Thinking it may be TOO small, I test drove the Tucson but it wasn't the right fit. I looked again at the Kona, this time actually opening the rear door, and saw it had more room than I'd thought so agreed to test drive it. From the moment I sat in the driver's seat, I knew the Kona was "the one." Dean was so patient and explained each step of the process. I've been at quite a few dealerships in the past year and was frequently left alone for up to 30 min at a time but not this time. Even Rob Clarkson, the Front Desk Manager, took time to stop and compliment me on the condition of my Rogue, and also stepped in for Dean to finalize the sale. The entire staff, as well as the new facility, were the best I've ever dealt with. We'll be back! Thanks! More
