After just having our previous car totaled the week prior, I was a bit apprehensive about walking another dealership/car lot and hearing a fast talker but Claudio took his time with us, searching practically the whole new and pre-owned lots to find our perfect choice of vehicle. Every vehicle that caught our eye, he put us in to test drive. He was very patient with us, and understanding of what we were looking for! Upon going in, we had a set price/payment plan in mind, Claudio, Kim and Kevin worked with us on our credit and down payment to put us as close as we could to our desired amount.
