His performance has been totally professional and absolutely outstanding (I am not used to this these days). My husband and I were planning to swing by a f It was time to replace my 2007 Honda Civic and I had been reviewing vehicles online for about a month. My husband and I were planning to swing by a few dealerships in 'car city' to test drive some of the makes/models I had narrowed my search down to so that I could get the feel of the vehicles and how comfortable I felt in them. We checked out a couple of other dealerships before heading to Allen Turner Hyundai. The moment we pulled up to the dealership, before even exiting our car, we were greeted with the warmest smile from Roch Mechrek. He introduced himself and then gave us space and time to look around the lot and get a feel for the car styles and features that interested us. On the test drive of the first vehicle, we inundated Roch with questions about the car's features and how to operate them. He was able to clearly explain all of our questions, and offered further explanation of important safety features we weren't aware of. He made us at ease with his knowledge of the vehicle and expertise. Even more importantly, however, Roch was gracious and kind, and truly listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. We went in solely to test drive a few cars and left a little while later with more than we had hoped for! Roch 'Rocks'! More
