After much research on-line and days spent in Car City visiting various dealerships, I decided I wanted another Santa Fe. Bruce Hilt worked with me to find just what I wanted among their excellent inventory. He was knowledgeable, accommodating to my schedule, and gave me time to research and compare their inventory to others in town and on- line. When it came time to purchase, they were extremely generous with my trade in and met me at the price I wanted to pay for my new Santa Fe, based on my research. The actual process of buying the car was completed in less than an hour and they beat my pre-approved loan rate from USAA by almost 1%. My only issue was that the photos on the internet did not match the actual first car we considered. The photos were of a value option car and the car was an SE. photos showed sunroof and alloy wheels. Car had neither. The car was below market value and is a great vehicle. The paperwork process was fairly smooth and painless. I drove myself there from Navarre which is about an hour so I thought I would have to come back and pick up the vehicle. Not so, Dave followed me back to my house in my old car and dropped it off. AN HOUR AWAY!!! This kind of customer service is unheard of in the states. I would HIGHLY recommend Dave Dye if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you Dave, you were awesome. More
