A Truly Amazing Car Shopping Experience Basil did a great job helping us choose our new Santa Fe. He showed us several different vehicles, explaining the features of each one. Each car has so many great features. Having shared what we need the vehicle for, Basil recommended a couple of choices. The vehicle we chose turned out to be our dream car. Basil is a great listener, knows his vehicles and is a no pressure kind of guy. We had pre-approved financing when we walked into the dealership. Basil worked with Rob Clarkson (sales manager) to explore the possibility of better financing. The result was when we walked out the door, we had a great vehicle with better financing than we had anticipated. Finally, we had a great experience dealing with Kevin Genest (Financing Manager). Our experience usually is the paperwork process ends up being tedious. Kevin's fantastic personality coupled with his firm understanding of the financial piece made the paperwork process a breeze. He did a great job explaining the various warranty packages. Finally, Basil took the time to show us all of the features of our new vehicle. Bluetooth technology in a car was very new to both my wife and me. We would recommend the Allen Turner Pensacola Hyundai team to anyone looking for a new car. More

2017 Sonata cash sale The sale woman, Sheila Moore , was great. I was very surprised to find that she would not complete the sale . She contacted us enou The sale woman, Sheila Moore , was great. Some other dealership sales people were to pressuring. We keep vehicles for very long time. This is only new car ever. We took cash dollars to pay, apparently a no no in car sales business. There were xtra forms and extra time that we had to wait due to having legal tender. The time wasted ,to us, was a real bummer. That was the only negative part of the experience except for a salesman named Frank who claimed to have contacted us. He never did that to our knowledge . Shelia moore i the only person, other than standard email reply that we had from Turner motors. Sheila should get the entire sales commission since Frank did not talk to us before arriving to pay for the Sonata. More
