Best experience I've ever had with a car dealership! As soon as we walked into Allen Turner Hyundai, Glen walked up to us and has forever changed our outlook on the car-buying experience. Our situation w As soon as we walked into Allen Turner Hyundai, Glen walked up to us and has forever changed our outlook on the car-buying experience. Our situation was a little complicated, but that didn't phase him; he continued to do everything he could to get us the best deal possible. He is incredibly honest and will make sure you're getting the best bang for your buck. Coming from Tallahassee, we wanted to make sure that we were doing everything correctly, so we wouldn't have to drive back with any issues. Glen assured that we could call him at anytime if there were any issues and would even schedule maintenance appointments for us. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but the vehicles sell themselves, and with honest assurance from a salesman like Glen made this purchase an easy choice. He walked us through every step of the process, and even walked us through parts of the manual to make sure we understood every aspect of the vehicle before driving away. Frank helped Glen intermittently and was another friendly face in the dealership offering advice and a good laugh! Dominick in finance was incredibly knowledgeable, and explained things in a way that a first-time buyer, like myself, could understand. We each took business cards from all the employees we dealt with and plan on referring many others to Glen, Frank, and Dominick at Allen Turner Hyundai! More

This time the purchase was due to unfortunate circumstances, but my salesmen Frank and Glen and also the Manager Rob made the purchase quick, easy, and just what I needed. Glen and Frank made sure I was getting what I needed since I travel a lot for my job. They both made sure I was well informed about the new car. Rob even came in on his day off to make sure I was being taken care of since I wasn't buying a car for want, but out of necessity. I will always come back to this dealership. They made me feel like family not just another sale to put in their pocket. Great customer service! More

The "Go to dealership" for no hassle buying. This is our third purchase with Roger at Allen Turner Hyundai and we couldnt be more pleased with the "no hassle" buying experience. There's no sales pressure as these fine vehicles sell themselves with their quality pricing, craftmanship, high tech features, and reliability. After driving the Elantra for 4 years to collge our sons only additional expense was two new tires. They have so many new safety features that we have more on the vehicles than our insurance allows for discount. When buying we would budget for a basic vehicle with few options. Our last vehicle purchase was a big surprise. We stretched our search and thinking and found we could afford one loaded with options on sale as these vehicles with great packaged features are sometimes overlooked. Now our daughter is off to college in an Elantra with the safest features on road. Roger allowed us the time to shop wisely and that made all the difference. More
Terrible Service Department This is easily the worst experience I've ever had with a Service Department at any car dealership in the 50 years I've been on this planet. I can't e This is easily the worst experience I've ever had with a Service Department at any car dealership in the 50 years I've been on this planet. I can't even begin to let you know how frustrated I am with this dealership and their service department, but I'll at least tell you the story. My 2011 Sonata blew an engine on a trip down to Pensacola and at first everything seemed fine, even though Hyundai took 8 weeks just to get a new engine to the dealership. They put the engine in then took 10 days before they shipped my car back to me in Tennessee. We went to pickup the car and it was sitting at the local dealer and the exterior and the interior were nasty. The cupholders and console were covered in mouse droppings from sitting on their lot for 8 weeks and when we went to start the car the battery was dead. Through it all Barry the Service Manager spent most of the time blaming the Hyundai corporate service people and refused to actually take any responsibility for anything. To top it off I was forced to pay for the battery that died from sitting there in the heat all summer and the starter lever that was damaged during the engine install. Barry even admitted to me that they didn't do any testing of the car after the install since "there was a bad spot on one of the tires." He didn't tell me this until after the car had been shipped back to Tennessee. When the car was finally ready to be picked up after three attempts, it has something dead inside it that we can't find and we're barely able to ride in the car due to the smell. Barry has completely stopped returning calls or texts at this point so obviously no one at Allen Turner cares about our car at all anymore. I also attempted to talk to Allen Turner himself, but his secretary spent most of the call sighing into the phone and obviously never game him my message at all. More

Very personal and honest up front. My two sales personnel were very polite, honest and straightforward to help me throughout the entire process. My finance person wasn't really very friendly, and didn't even get up to shake my hand when we were done and would not even have done so if I hadn't stuck my hand out. That to me was not very polite or considerate for someone to do at the final closing. Otherwise a very nice experience. More
