I was contacted right away and the day that was avai I saw the commercial for the current sale and went online to get a quote from the nearest dealer. I was contacted right away and the day that was available for me to come in that first salesman was not available but passed me over to another salesman right away to make sure I was taken care of. The new salesman did an excellent job informing everything I needed to know start to finish and even did a price match to the exact model built online at the Hyundai website along with a man in finance that helped me get the lowest interest rate and monthly payment in my means. I left happy and well informed on my first car purchase. More

We never felt pressured to make any decisions about anything during the visit. Was able to make a deal on the vehicle and walked out owning a beautiful 2017 Hyundai Sonata with 19 miles. Since we we were not prepared to purchase, he even followed us back home, so we did not need to return back to Pensacola. Talk about service! They really went above and beyond! We have had 2 other Hyundai from another dealer and are very pleased to have found the Allen Turner in Pensacola! All the people there were very helpful and so kind. Having been involved in a auto accident recently in my wife's 05 Honda Accord, which ended up being a total loss and even as I was still recovering th Having been involved in a auto accident recently in my wife's 05 Honda Accord, which ended up being a total loss and even as I was still recovering the time soon came where it had become necessary for us to begin the arduous task of purchasing another vehicle.My search began on the Internet which lead me to Allen Turner Pre-Owned dealership.My initial contact was made at 1 AM Friday morning on 6-23-17 at their Website.Later that morning Consultant Kevin Moore reached out to me to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still available and an appointment was scheduled for later that afternoon to meet Kevin and to test drive the vehicle. With very little time in negotiating and no high pressure sales or hassle in coming to terms on the deal I was prepared to make the purchase.By this point in time it was getting pretty late in the day.This is when the true test of this car dealers character was about to be tested.We where all ready to sign and drive when it suddenly occurred to me that since this was going to be my wife's car that she also needed yo see and drive it to be sure that she too would be happy with the selection.We live and my wife works in Pace and as a RN and was scheduled to get off at 6;30 but as a nurse there's no guarantee.I abruptly told Keven and asked him what time they closed and what time he worked to which he stated 5 but that was no problem and he would be there when my wife got off work.I had also met Matt Farley during the deal and wanted to let him know also.Not only did he understand but was sincerely encouraging me in my decision about my wife and that they would be there when we where ready.So at 15 minutes to close at 8 PM My wife and I made it back.Keven and Matt where both just as caring and professional as they where several hours ago.And then the icing on the cake came in dealing with Charla Palmer in completing the paper work.Even hours later and at least 9 PM by this time she was just as professional,friendly and helpful as everyone else had been to this point.My wife and I are thankful to not only everyone that we dealt with in making and being totally happy with our car deal.We are also thankful for their families that we know each one has and where waiting for them to get home.
