Daniel was willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs and kept communication very open from the beginning to the end of the car buying process. He was a great salesperson and we would recommend him to others looking to buy. We worked with Andy for financing and were impressed with how knowledgable, honest, and helpful he was. Andy was willing to look at many different options and give us his best professional opinion as well as his undivided attention. Overall, our experience buying a used truck at Allen Turner Hyundai was extremely positive. The only hiccup in this process was a miscommunication on interest rates and financing options - we were told multiple rates and amounts from different sales members but ultimately the financing team did the best they could to correct that issue and negotiate a rate that worked for our budget. After Andy cleared up this issue, there were no problems moving forward. We are glad we went to Allen Turner Hyundai and worked with Daniel and Andy! We will be back again in the future when looking for another vehicle. More
