My Very Best Car Purchase Ever I purchased a car from Allen Turner Hyundai yesterday, and it was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. The staff at Allen Turn I purchased a car from Allen Turner Hyundai yesterday, and it was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. The staff at Allen Turner Hyundai was superb and what an absolute pleasurable experience it was from the minute we pulled into the lot. Mike Warren, Mike Whelan and Andy Cunningham were professional, courteous and made our experience something Allen Turner and his team should be very proud of. They worked all the details on our trade in, and found the perfect car, meeting our desires and needs. I have been in Sales for 28 years+, and was so pleasantly surprised at the top notch staff at Allen Turner Hyundai. The aforementioned gentlemen were the most knowledgeable, and professional sales staff I have ever seen and again, made our car purchase a smooth, caring and pleasant experience. I called in this morning to get an item left in our trade in, and received immediate attention and the item is now secured to be picked up. I also have a few questions on the finance end as it was very late when we drove out at 10:00pm last night. Nobody was concerned about the late time, and made it very clear that they were there to support their customers 100%. The staff at Allen Turner Hyundai clearly displays their dedication to customers, and it starts as soon as the phone is answered. I looked at several other dealerships in my vehicle search, and found Allen Turner Hyundai's website to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. When we started looking at vehicles, Mike Warren took us around and found EXACTLY what we were looking for. Mike Whelan took care of the negotiations, which were very professional, courteous and focused on total customer satisfaction. Andy Cunningham handled all of the financing details and explained everything like I have never experienced before. I was dead set against purchasing an extended warranty, but when Andy explained everything, it was clearly a sound decision to purchase and cover our vehicle bumper to bumper for 10 years/100K miles from the date we drove our new car out of the lot. I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else, and have already recommended that my son visit Allen Turner Hyundai when he is ready to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle in the near future. I never expected this purchase to be easy, professional and to be treated with the utmost respect, and felt like I was buying a $ 100,000.00 car based on the way we were handled. Even my wife commented that this was such a pleasant experience, and nothing like what we expected and/or experienced in the past. Terry has battled throat cancer and won, but the last 4 years have been hard, and he has not had a decent vehicle. He ended up in a brand new Hyundai from Allen Turner. It was the easiest car buying experience ever! Terry is on disability and very limited resources. We told Jason the top dollar he could afford and he took us to the Accent. Terry is very low tech, and did not want a lot of bells and whistles. He test drove the Accent and loved it! He's 6'1' and his biggest concern was that he would be comfortable. He fit in fine. But we told the Jason that we wanted to look at other cars, and he gave Terry a print out of his price for the Accent and sent us off to roam the rest of car city. No high pressure, just wanted us to compare honestly. But he couldn't find the quality or the price, or the attitude they have at this dealership. No high pressure at all! Needless to say, Terry is very happy! My sister and I have both bought new cars, and never had an experience this easy. We both agreed, this is the only dealship we will every go to. Thank you for making this so pleasant for Terry. The 4 years have been so rough on him, but last night he was like a kid talking about his "Brand new car!" I am extremely pleased with my Elantra and Luis were fantastic salesmen. They were not pushy and let us make the decision without trying to sway us either way. They were able to answer all of our questions and worked as quick as they could. I have now had my car about eight months and still love it. This second time my husband and I purchased the Santa Fe. My husband was not sold on Hyundai even though he likes my car, but after working with Troy and test driving two different Santa Fe model, he was pretty sold. It has only been a couple of hours but we are loving the SUV. Troy was as great as Lewis and Rob were, and Dominic our loan manager also answered all of our questions and didn't try to force feed us all of the different extended packages after we made our decision. My parents will be going to Allen Turner Hyundai here in a few months to make the switch from Toyota. More
