The finance team is great as well. Even got me a percentage rate lower than we discussed. Service is super too. I bought a used Certified vehicle. Looked at new and used but went with the Certified used. Had to leave my car over night for an ordered item and they put me in a loaner. I speak for myself but I am a big Allen Turner fan. I never felt rushed and he spent as much time as I needed educating me about this vehicle. It was very apparent that he new all the ins and outs of this car, and even as it was compared to others. I was just as impressed with his telling me what he did NOT know, and then letting me know who, e.g., the in house finance specialist, could and would answer my questions in an given area in which he was not knowledgeable. The professional and courteous service of Mr. Godwin is one of the main reasons I've continued to bring my Hyundai to Allen Turner for servicing. Though I did not spend as much time with Shahid, he also did not rush me and took all the time necessary to answer all my questions. (I ask a LOT of questions.) Finance has always been a difficult area for my brain to grasp, so I was especially blessed with his ability to explain to me what the wrap around warranty truly meant. In fact, he did so well, that I was able to avoid repurchasing the warranty I already had from one of those insurance companies who send out advertisements that make it look they are actually the Hyundai company telling me about something I really need to be protected in my purchase.
