Our salesman, Bob Fite, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very patient as it took me several weeks to decide. He asked me for a phone number which I gave but told him I wasn't ready to purchase. Because he DIDN'T call me repeatedly it was one of the reasons I came back to him when I was ready to buy a car. Everybody we interacted with at this dealership were very nice and welcoming. I even received a call from the finance department asking me to come back in as they were able to get me better financing. I pleasantly surprised to say the least. I will have no problem recommending this salesman and dealership to friends and family. More

Friendly As I stated on the previous page, for the most part everything was great. Tom greeted me immediately when I pulled onto the lot and he was fantastic t As I stated on the previous page, for the most part everything was great. Tom greeted me immediately when I pulled onto the lot and he was fantastic through the entire process. Originally I was looking for an older car that was cheaper and got good gas mileage because I spend so much time driving. John explained to me why an older car wasn't going to work because of financing limitations. After talking for a bit, Tom and I looked around the lot and test drove the Elantra. The payments were a little more than I was hoping for but I went ahead because I'd save the difference in gas every month. John worked really hard to get the car financed and finally we had a deal. The only downfall was that when John talked to me about the car he said something to the effect of it having bluetooth. I assumed that all of that model had it, but that turned out not to be the case unfortunately. I know it's a little thing, but it really is a big deal to me and as a result I'm going to end up having to have it installed separately. With the exception of that, the experience was good. More
