From the first phone call Rob stayed in touch never trying to pressure me. He gave me what I thought to be a fair price for my trade in. I was also nice to see that the owner Allen Turner makes it into the dealership even if it was Saturday. He stopped in to say hi and see if we were being taken care of. We could not find the 2014 Santa Fe we were looking for in Louisiana so I started searching and found one at Allen Turner. I decided to make the 245 mile trip to get what I wanted and not settle. I am giving Allen Turner Hyundai a "5" for great service and an overall great experience. We went in late on a very clod Saturday afternoon. We explained the situation to Jesse McLemore, who is a brand new salesman with Allen Turner, and he brought in John Knight to be sure we were treated to the best experience possible. Together, Jesse and John worked with our budget requirements and made the decision pretty much painless. They were able to get us in a brand new 2013 Elantra within a couple of hours. They meet our budget and gave us the most vehicle for that price point. They then turned us over to Matt Farley for the financing. Matt was awesome as well! He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions with patience. He even helped us move to a higher package with the same monthly payment. He did that without our even having to ask. I have to say, that we were very impressed with Allen Turner Hyundai. This is actually the third Hyundai we have purchased, and the other two weren't from Allen Turner. Allen Turner himself called us to find out why we had chosen to purchase initially from another dealership. I talked to him about those reasons, and he asked that we give him and his dealership another chance. We did, and I'm very happy that we made that decision! My daughter leased a car in June of this year and the experience went just as smooth. I had to go back during the week and drop off my title for my trade in and Chad recognized me and was able to help me with that, while the others were looking for Kal. I called Allen Turner after getting estimates on purchasing a 2013 Accent and 2013 Elantra from another dealer. I had 2 trade ins, one was paid off the other was still under contract. They not only gave me better trade in pricing, they gave me a better price overall on both vehicles. I did all of this over the phone, and after several days, the numbers were done. I made the drive to Pensacola, about an hour each way for me, and spent less time at the dealer than I did driving there and back. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I must apologize to Shahid again as it was his birthday and he was stuck there late finishing my paperwork, but not one complaint was heard. I will definitely recommend Allen Turner, and in the future will return with my business! More
