Great buying experience for a single woman! I had planned to visit another dealership/brand on my day out car shopping. I wasn't intending to buy just wanting to look at the cars I liked. I decided to stop at Allen Turner Hyundai first as it was on my way and the Santa Fe was a car I was interested in seeing. As I got out of my car I was greeted by Bob Fite. Bob was very pleasant to deal with without being pushy. He asked me what I was looking for and did not try to push more on me. He showed me a car that had everything I wanted. I was afraid to see the sticker price but was pleasantly surprised when I did. I had expected a much higher price.. Seeing that price is what made me really consider buying that day. Also, how I was treated by Bob and the other employees, Jason and Dominick, made me want to do business with Allen Turner. It's hard being a woman buying a car on your own. It was nice to be treated with respect and not be talked down to. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I was given the impression the rebates were higher than they actually were. Also, I bought the extended warranty packages and once I got home I felt the paperwork wasn't very clear on what I actually got. The description at the dealer was good but the papers I got didn't have what I was shown in the office. More

Wonderful Buying Experience I had a wonderful time looking at good used cars at Allen Turner Hyundai. I found online that they had a good used 07 Ford Fusion. Now I am not a huge I had a wonderful time looking at good used cars at Allen Turner Hyundai. I found online that they had a good used 07 Ford Fusion. Now I am not a huge ford fan, however I had to give this a try. If it passed my expectations, I would get it. I went up there after a few other dealerships and met Delmar Dice. A very nice and knowledgable salesmen. He told me the truth up front on what I will be expecting because most of the used cars were out of my wants/needs. I was looking for a vehicle under 10,000 with less than 80,000 miles on it. (I know..no way right?) Well, I told Delmar about a 07 Ford Fusion that was on the lot. It had not been on the lot long..12 days in fact. He saw that it was there and we went to find it. Once we found it, I took a look around it and inside it....this car was well taken care of. It had 52,000 miles on it and was under my budget by 3,000 dollars. I took it for a test drive and it just felt right. So I brought it back and thought to myself..maybe there are other cars like this at other places. So I decided to wait another hour to look at other vehicles at other dealerships. None of which had anything close to comparison. So I went back and found Delmar and decided to go ahead and get the car. Thankfully I did because not 5 min after I walked in, a lady came in to try and buy the exact same car. She was not too happy about me buying it up first. lol. With a few price negotiations, I walked out with an amazing deal. The sales staff and finances people were very up front, honest, and friendly. Very well done all around. I am thankful to have a reliable car. I also want to thank Delmar Dice for doing such a great job and having a great attitude that showed he wasn't there just to sell you any car. He wants you to have what you are looking for. Great Job! More
