And I looked other places, Sandy Sansing, and they wouldn't work with me at all! My salesman Bobby Hooper was AMAZING! He listened to me an made sure that I was going to leave there with the car I wanted and was going to be happy with it. He was patient and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely will recommend Allen Turner and Bobby Hooper to anyone looking for a car. More

Despite purchasing at the lower end of the financial spectrum, he devoted just as much time to us as he likely would have if we were buying a brand new car. I appreciated that more than anything. I've experienced the bar set "low" regarding customer service so often that I wasn't expecting much. NOT at this dealership. If you want to be reminded what excellent customer service is, visit Allen Turner Hyundai. Mr. Cox went above and beyond to ensure I had every comfort with the vehicles I was considering. He was patient, informative, very familiar with his product and courteous at every turn. The showroom is clean, the service lounge included coffee, water, soft drinks, donuts, breakfast bars. The ladies restroom was clean and polished. The general manager did his best to work a deal for me. Here's one more thing, Mr. Cox gathered as much information as he could prior to my coming to the dealership; which means less time wasted at closing the deal - paperwork included. If you haven't checked them out, you're missing out! Whether or not you buy the vehicle, is your decision. But the customer service is refreshing in this day and age.
