Not knowing where to pre-owned lot was located I inquired at the new car location. Luis Vilar took us to see the vehicle and was very helpful. To make a long story short a decision was made to purchase the Nissan and trade a 2006 Hyundai Azera Limited as part of the deal. Everyone we dealt with during negotiations was very professional. Salesman Luis Vilar went above and beyond our previous experiences with automobile shopping. He immediately made us feel very important early into our visit. This made our choice of car dealerships extremely easy. We give him five stars out of five rating. We will return to Allen Turner Hyundia in the future and recommend to friends and family. More

Best Dealership in the Area I came to Allen Turner Hyundai to buy a vehicle as many of my co-workers ranted and raved about the exceptional customer service the experienced. I met and reached out to Basel to let him know I was coming in after work to look at a few Sonata's. Basel quickly greeted me, offered me a refreshment, and directed me to the waiting area as I wanted to work with him directly because he was currently working with a client. After a short wait time Basel knew he was going to take longer then expected so he introduced me to Rob whom I sat down to work some numbers as I didn't want to look at any vehicles until he and I knew where I stood. Unfortunately, due to circumstances that could not be prevented I was not able to buy a vehicle that evening. A few weeks later when I was in the good position to buy a new car I decided to come back to Allen Turner not only because of the great service but the fact that Basel personally handed me off to Rob to buy a car and giving Rob my business, now tell me another sales person or dealership who would do that. When I returned Basel and Rob showed me a few cars on the lot to get a picture of what features I was looking for. After showing me a car that I initially liked, he immediately sent my wife and I on a test drive. The financing department was also expedient - Shahid did not keep me waiting long at all to sign papers, was very courteous, and even went out of his way to see if the local credit union could beat or match the offer I had with the credit union I not only bank with but am employed with as well. I have always bought Honda's and Acura's and hesitant to buy a Hyundai based of previous reputations and my skewed perceptions, however, the next vehicle I buy will be a Hyundai bought from Allen Turner through Basel or Rob. Excellent experience and very professional sales and finance employees! More
