The best Hyundai dealer! I had been contact with Roger Spadaro over email for several days concerning the possibility of purchasing a new car for my wife. We had searched around our local area and finally reached out to Allen Turner Hyundai. Allen Turner Hyundai is in Pensacola and we live in FWB so with our work schedules we were only able to get over on a Saturday. We arrived about 4pm and had a warm greeting from Roger - he had the Sonata Limited we were interested in waiting for us to view right by the door. We actually saw a different model Sonata (the Sonata Limited Sport 2.0T) and Roger didn't bat an eye. Got us the keys for a test drive and away we went - we drove both and settled on the 2.0T for the extra pep. Roger and Ben Smith worked us a great deal and gave me what I wanted for my trade. Shahid Manzoor was great in the finance area and didn't try to up sell anything. He simply explained what options we had. Shahid was very professional - you leave the finance dealer most time feeling got were bent over in some shape, but not in this case. I will say the dealership was very accommodating - they closed at 7 but stayed late to help us and another couple that were also buying a new vehicle. Dealership was very clean and had complimentary refreshments with a nice waiting area. It was after closing time so I was able to view the service area but just went back to check it out. It seems all the employees are honest and upfront. While I am writing this review on my experience, I did have a negative that I wasn't too happy about but all in all we were keeping people past normal working hours. Roger sent the car over to the prep area to be cleaned - I told Roger it wasn't necessary but he said it wasn't a problem. I simply didn't want to have anyone stay any longer than they had too. Well, the employee brought the key back to Roget while we were wrapping up and I saw immediately she was not a happy camper. She didn't say a word to any of us and left the key on the desk and walked off. Needless to say, she didn't do a good job. A terrible film on the inside glass - made it difficult with other headlights coming at us. I say if you're going to do something, do it right as you have one opportunity to make a great impression. The prep department definitely fell flat here. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Allen Turner again - ask for Roger and he will go to bat for you. More

Roger is the bombdiggity! Roger didnt just grab the keys and let me test drive the car I wanted, he showed me every feature the Santa Fe had to offer. Best of the Best I Came to Allen Turner Hyundai to purchase my very first car. I had no idea exactly what I wanted but when I arrived onto the lot but Mr. Rick Gray gr I Came to Allen Turner Hyundai to purchase my very first car. I had no idea exactly what I wanted but when I arrived onto the lot but Mr. Rick Gray greeted me with a warm smile and he was by my side throughout the whole experience. Every question I had he answered. Every car I thought I wanted, he did not hesitate to walk the entire lot (3 times to be exact) to find just what I wanted. He even cut his lunch break short and stayed overtime to come BACK to work just to finish helping me(I had been there from 9am to close). He was extremely patient and reassuring when things got stressful and I couldn't have asked for a better dealer. I ended up purchasing my first vehicle with the help of him and I will forever remember what a great experience he made it.
