We worked with Justin Gardner and he was extremely helpful and never tried to pressure us into making a decision. Fast forward a few months, and we were looking at used cars at local dealerships. We went to another dealer in FWB and had the WORST experience - once he couldn't talk me into a new car, he was extremely rude. I knew then that we had to go back to Allen Turner to work with Justin. Justin went out of his way to find us the car we needed. Of course, I fell in love with a particular model and we just couldn't get it in my price range. Because of how attentive Justin was to us, we knew that we needed to stay with the Allen Turner family. The next weekend, we went to Allen Turner Hyundai in Pensacola and worked with David Purdon and Troy Cox. They found the perfect car for me at an even better price. I can't say enough about how wonderful our whole experience was with Allen Turner, and it all started with their salesman Justin Gardner in Crestview. I had my 2 kids with me and he made them feel great, gave them donuts and switch the channel from news to power rangers for them. We left there with a car in less than 30 min. Everyone was very prompt and polite. At Allen Turner, I always see that they are in it to make customers happy and comfortable. AND they give great deals, that's why we keep coming back.
