The guerilla warfare sales tactics at my previous local dealership left me feeling bullied and angry. NOT SO with these guys at Allen Turner. We were upside down and over our heads with my lease, with one year left to go but no more miles left on the contract, which meant a future .25 cents extra charge PER MILE each mile over 60k waiting for us in one year's time (which was not properly explained when we signed the papers at the last dealer). But Rob at Allen Turner went through and thoroughly explained everything to us--patiently--so that although we got a smaller size car than before, we were out from under that horrible "shark tooth lease" and into a smarter purchase. They really made what was turning into a nightmare situation into a pleasant one. Rob was courteous, considerate and funny. Everyone was friendly. Do yourself a favor: Don't waste your time anywhere else! More

I was originally contacted by Shannon in internet sales because of my online inquiry, and she set up an appointment for me to test drive an Elantra with Casey. Casey was super helpful and friendly! I never felt pressured or rushed, and he understood my financial and superficial car needs (ie. having to have a white car). I originally went in to look at the used Elantras, but after test driving and talking my options over with Casey, he suggested that leasing might be the best option for me. I went home and did some research for a few days. Thankfully, I was never hounded with numerous phone calls or emails (as you are with other dealerships). Casey helped me find the exact car I wanted to lease, and even though they didn't have one on their lot, they found me one at another dealership and had it delivered. When I went in to do the financing, Dominick was also very nice, and he was able to help me add the service package for a reasonable price. Overall, I love my new Elantra, and it was a great, stress-free experience. I will be recommending Allen Turner in the future! More

Not The Typical Experience I AM NOT SURE IF MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS UPLOADED I have had my eye on the Cadillac XTS for quite some time now , and while in Pensacola on business I AM NOT SURE IF MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS UPLOADED I have had my eye on the Cadillac XTS for quite some time now , and while in Pensacola on business, I noticed one on the lot of Allen Turner Hyundai. As I inspected the vehicle, I was approached by a sales associate named Casey Chambers. From the onset of our encounter, I could tell that Casey is not the stereotypical salesman. He never pressured me through the process, but instead engaged me in conversation and got an understanding of my needs. During the test drive, I fell in love with the car, but I knew that you never tell the salesman that. Surprisingly, with Casey it did not matter. He presented me with a fair price for my trade and an excellent price on the XTS. The finance manager, John took over from there and he too did an awesome job on the financing. The atmosphere of The Dealership is hassle/pressure free! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market...they will not disappoint you! More
