We went to see Roger last weekend although we had no appointment and he was very busy, he still had made time to work us in and help us the best he could. Needless to say, we were there for quite a few hours but Roger saw to it that they were pleasant and we walked into the dealership stressed to the max. However, after all of his hard work Roger made sure we left stress free and worries resolved. I personally hate dealing with car salesman, but we always make the drive to Pensacola because I have never felt that Roger was just "a car salesman" , he has always had our best interest at heart. Beyond Thrilled with Sheila Moore! I live in Mobile, Alabama and am an employee at the Mobile County License Commission. I register newly purchased vehicles and see a lot of deals both good and bad. I decided to purchase a new vehicle and searched cars.com eventually sending requests for quotes to thirteen dealers in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. The next day I received both a phone call and email from Sheila Moore. I was reluctant to visit her because her dealership was an hour away from my home. Instead I visited Tameron Honda in Daphne, AL at their request where after a thirty minute drive I wasn't even shown the courtesy of an interview with the gentleman who called me. When I complained to Tameron's sales manager, Matthew Grooms about my treatment there two days later he promised to call me back within the day. I haven't heard from him since. The day after being ignored and disrespected at Tameron, I visited Auto Nation Honda in Mobile where I test drove a 2011 Honda Civic. After allowing the sales person, Josh to run my credit and leaving I received a call from him telling me my score wouldn't allow me to purchase the Civic. When I asked what the bank was asking, he admitted that he hadn't bothered to shop me to any of them. Apparently, he didn't consider me worthy of that courtesy despite placing a hit on my credit. The following day, I was contacted by Sheila Moore. It was Wednesday March 18. Her off day. She was willing to meet me at the dealership. (It was my off day as well). I agreed to drive the hour to Pensacola. Sheila was wonderful! She listened to my request and met the terms I had asked for. Inexplicably, despite having the deal I wanted I walked. This may have been the dumbest thing I have ever done...well next to getting married (but that's another story). So I drove back to Mobile somehow convinced that I could find a better deal. Saturday March 21, I visited Palmers Airport Hyundai where they would not allow me to purchase a brand new Hyundai of any model. The sales rep, David showed me a 2011 Ford Fusion with seventy-nine thousand miles on it. Next, I visited Eastern Shore Toyota. The best deal that met my parameters was a 2010 Ford Edge with 96,000 miles. Monday morning I awakened to the realization that no other dealer could match the offer from Allen Turner. I emailed Sheila and apologized and asked if the deal were still available. IT WAS! I drove right over after work. As I entered Allen Turner Hyundai's showroom I received a call from David at Palmers. No deal on the Fusion. However, the bank was willing to put me into a 2011 Sonata with more miles. I laughed and advised him that I was in the process of purchasing a new Elantra from Allen Turner Hyundai in Pensacola. He said if I changed my mind the deal was still there. Easy decision! I walked once. I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice. The grass was most certainly NOT greener on the other side. I stayed and am now the proud owner of a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. BRAND SPANKING NEW!!! With only thirteen miles on it when purchased! Which dealer should I visit first to show off my new car? Let me tell you, Not only did Sheila Moore treat me with respect and dignity throughout this process but she was the picture of grace. She didn't roll her eyes or say 'I told you so'. I am so happy that I was able to learn a valuable lesson without it costing me the best deal. I will recommend Allen Turner to anyone who is even considering purchasing a new vehicle. I certainly won't be recommending those other dealers. More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I am SOOOO Glad we just so happen stopped in to look at a 2015 Sonata Hybrid Limited & they gave us their bottom dollar amount the first time, without I am SOOOO Glad we just so happen stopped in to look at a 2015 Sonata Hybrid Limited & they gave us their bottom dollar amount the first time, without any hassel and it was a deal we Just could NOT Refuse! I have wrote any and every review on every page I can Think of because, I'm Literally blown away by the kind of customer service this place gives. Alot of companies are getting away from that these day, but Thank God, Allen Turner KNOWS customer service and they Really are only out to help you and to treat you right. At least the guys that we came in contact with that day were. They helped us save LITERALLY about $13,000 between the discount on the car and the interest rate was Half of what our bank was going to give us! Don't be afraid to allow these guys to help you get financed there! Our Bank kept telling us No, don't allow them to do that, they are just trying to get money and they can mess you up doing that! Well, all that was just because They were the ones trying to make all of the money off us. I can't say enough Great things about they folks at Allen Turner, Especially Rob and Shahid! Love my 2015 Elantra I had been eyeing the Elantra for about a year or so. I did a bit of research on it and other similar vehicles. Once I actually test drove it, I knew I had been eyeing the Elantra for about a year or so. I did a bit of research on it and other similar vehicles. Once I actually test drove it, I knew I had to have this vehicle. The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He made this experience not complicated and it was a rather quick process. I was able to get a Veteran discount and because I had good credit, Allen Turner Hyundai did my financing. I didn't really have to haggle, as the price I was offered was a good deal to begin with. The building is very clean and I had great customer service. I would recommend not only the Hyundai Elantra, but I would recommend Allen Turner Hyundai too. More

Mr. Brad Rankin was right there and from start to finish welcomed me and assisted me every step of the way. Mr . Rankin was only courtesy and knowledgeable, but you could tell he was geniune in helping me out and not to purchase anything in the lot. That goes along way. All the persons i had a chance to meet and work wot that day took care of me better than any dealer i had previous been to. There loan offfice person knew hus stuff and had an answer for any question i thru at him. Solid team at Allen Turner and would definitley recomend. More

The guerilla warfare sales tactics at my previous local dealership left me feeling bullied and angry. NOT SO with these guys at Allen Turner. We were upside down and over our heads with my lease, with one year left to go but no more miles left on the contract, which meant a future .25 cents extra charge PER MILE each mile over 60k waiting for us in one year's time (which was not properly explained when we signed the papers at the last dealer). But Rob at Allen Turner went through and thoroughly explained everything to us--patiently--so that although we got a smaller size car than before, we were out from under that horrible "shark tooth lease" and into a smarter purchase. They really made what was turning into a nightmare situation into a pleasant one. Rob was courteous, considerate and funny. Everyone was friendly. Do yourself a favor: Don't waste your time anywhere else! More
