They wouldn't even negotiate $100 from the asking price! So next trip to Pensacola I gave Hyundai a shot and they were VERY willing to negotiate prices!!! I wouldn't shop any where else now! This was actually a purchase for an aunt who flew out from Colorado to get her new Hyundai Tucson and she couldn't be happier with any other vehicle! She just drove it 1500 miles back to Colorado and SHE LOVES IT!!! Only disappointment and why I marked quality of work so low is they didn't change the oil or even notice it was due so between 8pm and 10am when she had to head back we had to hurry for an oil change and so glad we noticed it needed it because that would have been way too many miles to put on with it already needing it. Otherwise outstanding service and willingness to negotiate! Thank-you Allen Turner Hyundai and JIMMY!!! I will be visiting again with more customers!!! More

Liked the Hyundai best but the price was too high. went to Pensacola and got a great deal. The salesman Casey Chambers and the manager Mike Whelen found the Santa Fe that had what I wanted. Casey knew everything about the packages and options on the vehicle. Got the price to where I wanted. The financing went smoothly. I am 53 years old, I have purchased a lot of cars, this was the best buying experience I have ever had. They didn't need high pressure. They sell a good product and gave me a good price. It was a win-win transaction. More
