Great experience After visiting 2 other Hyundai dealerships, I am so glad I decided to visit Allen Turner. I had decided I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. At the first dealership I went to (in Alabama), I walked around the showroom about 20 minutes and was never spoken to, which I take as a sign of poor customer service. I had contact with the second dealership (in Mississippi) by email and then by personal phone contact. I told the sales person what I wanted and was told they had 3 vehicles equipped the way I wanted in the colors I wanted. When I arrived, I spent over an hour being jerked around with ZERO vehicles I wanted on the lot. When I went to Allen Turner, I was met by Troy, treated with respect and shown 5 or 6 vehicles to choose from. The first day I was in a hurry and left with no pressure from Troy. Two days later I went back and purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport. The experience with Troy, Matt and Ben was the best I have had purchasing a vehicle in over 30 years. Several months ago I went through a search for a vehicle. My final decision was with a dealership in another county. Roger Spadaro of Allen Turner had put in time and effort in helping me in my search. When he called me to follow up, I informed him that I had purchased a Hyundai at another dealership. He was very professional and helpful from my first phone call. He actually listened to me, he didn't put me down on my credit and he made me feel very comfortable. I finally decided to go into Allen Turner and actually meet Brad, I thought what will it hurt and I owned that much to him as he had helped and listened to every issue and concern I had. When it comes to anything I am extremely picky.. Brad spent the entire day finding me the perfect car and the entire staff at Allen Turner worked hard to get me into it. My trade in was old and I had just wrecked it, they gave me above top dollar for it and I got into the car I wanted. This has been the best car buying experience by far. Allen Turner Hyundai had a good inventory for us to look at and we were able to find a Hyundai Sonata that fit our budget and was a fair deal. Jesse was patient and did not try to pressure us to buy a car we could not afford. Brad was able to step in when Jessie got pulled away for another customer. The Finance Manager got us through the paperwork smoothly and we were out the door with a car that was in great condition and has been fun drive. More
