Car shopping has been a less than pleasurable experience, that is, until we went to Allen Turner Hyundai. I went to several of the "big name" dealerships, only to be left feeling as if my business was insign that is, until we went to Allen Turner Hyundai. I went to several of the "big name" dealerships, only to be left feeling as if my business was insignificant to the salesperson who was "helping" me. My credit rating has taken some crippling hits in the past, and it was really reflected in the treatment I received at those other dealerships. I had been communicating over the phone with Mr. John Fejeron and, like the others, his phone demeanor with very nice and friendly. At several of the other dealerships I was left sitting in someone's office or cubbyhole, for long stretches of time. I could see "my" salesman running around trying to help several customers all at one time. One dealership that specializes in "good credit, bad credit, no credit" situations left me for so long that I gathered up myself and my daughter and left. Over an hour later they were calling my cellphone, just realizing that I was not there. They then informed me that I had been approved for a 2007 model and my payments would be bi-monthly $282 each. That's $564 a month! For a seven year old model with 90 something thousand miles. I was feeling like my credit situation was going to shut me out of ever getting a nice car. The next salesman from "Ted's" place even called me and scolded me for running late. When I arrived he came out, threw his hands in the air, and was still complaining because someone else sold the car before I got there and he had "worked so hard to get me a deal". My last appointment was at Allen Turner with Mr. Fejeron. By now I was feeling really beat down. Then, John turned my whole experience around. He was so courteous and pleasant, I immediately felt at ease. He did an excellent job finding me the car that fit exactly what I was looking for. It had just been traded in and not even detailed yet. So I ended up with a 2011 Mazda 3, standard shift (my preference) with 35k miles. My payments are very manageable and I even have a full warranty that will cover my car for over 100k miles! Because It was so newly traded, I brought it back the following Monday for the oil change and detailing. We live over 60 miles away so they gave us a "loaner" to use that day while they took care of my car. It was a brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata with less than 1000 miles on it. My husband and I were both treated as though we were actually important and appreciated. I am a manager in a customer service based business so that really impressed and pleased me. I would recommend Allen Turner Hyundai, and especially Mr. John Fejeron, to anyone looking to buy a car. He treated my dignity with such respect. Go see them, and tell them Amanda sent you. My husband and I have been putting off purchasing a vehicle for some time because we did not want the pressure from a salesman at a dealership! The gentleman that arranged the financing was wonderful also I don't remember his name , I think it was Mr Shahid Mansoor ,but I am not sure. We are a husband-wife who were in the market for 2 used vehicles. We went in one day and spoke to John Fejeran and had a great experience. We ended up not purchasing that particular car. However, we told him to keep us in mind for another SUV we were looking for at the time. A few days later- they got one in and John sent us a quick message, nothing pushy, just a "Hey, we got an SUV in with your specs. Want to check it out?" We strolled back into Allen Turner a week or two later and found a completely different SUV that we liked. We loved John's no-hassel, informative car inspection sessions at the dealership. When we test drove the cars and had questions, if he didn't know the answers right away, he'd look them up on his phone so we had ALL of the info. We both really liked his personality and his non-pushy attitude. We have been to almost every dealership in Pensacola and John F was by far the best salesperson we dealt with in the area. We also spoke to John Knight, who was also really upfront about things and very helpful. The finance manager that we worked with was also very upfront and answered all of the questions we threw at him. He was able to beat the rates of USAA, which we never expected them to do. We never expected the paperwork process to be so speedy. Overall, the experience was great and we would recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family. More

Jesse McLemure was extremely helpful with showing me a specific used car I wanted to see. The first day, he stayed late to accommodate my late availability, and the second day, he came in for several hour specific used car I wanted to see. If it wasn't for his availability, I may not have purchased the car. John Knight was also very fair negotiating a price; we made a great deal that was a win-win for both myself and the dealership.
