Recently, my old 07 Kia Rio was tota I've always been the type to find used vehicles and purchase them outright for cash based on what I could afford. Recently, my old 07 Kia Rio was totaled by another driver and an insurance check payed out. I wasn't expecting it nor looking forward to the car searching experience. My needs/wants in a car today are different...I require reliability and would like to enjoy what I drive. I tested pre owned luxury cars in Jersey, new cars at other local dealerships, and a few privately seller cars until I recalled that I once drove a Kia soul, knew the vehicle was functional/reliable, and thought to pay a visit to Allentown Kia where I was greeted and helped by Joe Carazo. I was particularly interested in a rare 2016 Kia soul + that had premium audio and primo trim pkg with low mileage. The car was mistakenly listed online at a lower price than it was worth. Since it happened to be my first time financing a new vehicle, I was admittedly a tad ignorant to the process (I'm 36!) however, Joe with the assistance of his manager, Bo, helped me understand what was involved. I visited right before the Xmas wknd and slept on the decision. I'm a firm negotiator and insisted that the vehicle be sold at its original online price which the dealership respectfully honored on my behalf. Joe and Bo took the time to help me sort out all of the necessary elements involved and I ended up buying that car! Also, their finance manager Johnny was very friendly, informative, and down to earth. Quite frankly, the level of service provided here was far and above even what I experienced while browsing a local luxury brand dealership which shall remain unnamed. My girlfriend was also with me who drives that luxury brand and was quite impressed, as well. I was happy to complete that purchase and get into a quality pre owned vehicle after a month of not having one and plan to return in a few years after I pay it off. I am considering one of those beautiful Kia Stinger GT2s and am happy to report that the car I just bought will have great trade in value to boot. There's a reason why this is the top selling Kia dealership in PA! If you're new to buying a car or are a little tired of dealership nonsense, pay them a visit and ask for Joe. Great experience!
