He explained what the service would cover and after the initial service explained why an additional fuel injector service was suggested. Again, he explained the importance of doing this and convinced me to spend some money I didn't intend on doing. He walked me to the car when I left, which I thought was a kind gesture. Of special note, part of the deal was that the dealership would cover some remaining payments. Unfortunately I did not realize Kia finance would not automatically be credited and I would have been late, Mr Walsh offered to send me the check and I would lay out the funds and indeed this worked out well. Also, A cheaper option of leasing and then refinancing to purchase was identified for me (though I have yet to refinance so I can not yet verify what the savings will be). All told, I would certainly come back (and I drove a great distance this time as Allentown had the specific trim and options I was looking for). Thank you Mr Robinson and Mr Walsh. More
