Once we looked at the model, Rod was very dilligent in answering any and all questions. He was very friendly and made the process a lot less scary. We felt that he cared more about us then just getting his commission. He made sure that if he could not help us with something he reached out to someone who could. Cory helped us with the "numbers". He is a bit of a shark but I say that in a good way. He focused on what needed to happen to get us what we wanted. Overall I would say we fell into the lap of a dreamteam. Rod and Cory worked together seamlessly. Rod new all about the car so I felt safe in trusting him and Cory new all about the financing which made it easy to sign.
