Michelle, Cory and Aaron got things started online and via text and e-mail and when I arrived 45 minutes early, Chris took over, showing me several vehicles and explaining the options and I decided on a Sorento. My husband spoke to several local salesmen who answered many of his questions about the car. Now we had to feel comfortable with a dealership. We visited a few Kia dealerships looking for the car we wanted to purchase and spoke to several more salesmen. We were driving home from an event and stopped at Allentown Kia - 80 miles from home!- still looking for the specific car. When we walked into Allentown Kia, we were GREETED with a smile and genuine handshake! After just a few minutes, I knew we would be purchasing our car from Humberto and Shane. They were GREAT! helping us in every way. Both were VERY RESPECTFUL when we told them we did not feel comfortable signing papers that night, being old school, we needed to 'sleep-on-it' and would contact them when we were ready - we called 9am the next morning! They located the exact vehicle we wanted, and we drove it home the following week. Their customer service was the BEST! Calling us with questions to make sure everything was exactly as WE wanted - and they were very patient with all the questions we still had after not buying a new car in ten years! Shane knew we expected our cars to last, so gave us some great suggestions; Humberto contacted us to let us know what was happening every day! I could not have hoped for better customer service! I was dreading purchasing a vehicle due to past experiences with pushy sales people, and spending countless hours waiting around the dealership for paperwork to be processed. In addition, I went to this dealership with very low expectations, because I knew what challenges were ahead because of my credit. I was EXTREMELY SURPRISED with the entire experience. I worked with a salesman, Carl Madonna. I told him I didn't have a long list of wants, just something affordable and safe to drive. I never expected him to be dropping off a 2015 KIA Optima to my home with all the paperwork ready to be signed. Carl was not your typical car salesman. He listened to what I needed, and delivered (literally). He put me in a VERY NICE vehicle, with a VERY AFFORDABLE monthly payment. He did not try to oversell me something I couldnt afford, and he didn't make me feel like running out the door. This was by far, the most enjoyable, seamless purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. You can bet that when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely be calling Carl. And anyone looking to purchase a car, I will refer them to him!
