I dont even know where to start with how absolutely I dont even know where to start with how absolutely horrible unprofessional and dishonest the people here are My husband and I are both veterans and I dont even know where to start with how absolutely horrible unprofessional and dishonest the people here are My husband and I are both veterans and work our xxxxx off and we wouldn’t recommend this place to our absolute worst enemy We will forever have a bad taste in our mouths about dealerships and what snakes people are because of this place I was on top of everything and asked every question at least 3 times to make sure everything was good to go Our credit took some hits so its not the best but we have awesome income So I worked with Maggie Wallace the finance manager who after working with her and reading other reviews about her should not have that position or any customer service position or position of power She told us we were completely approved for any car on the lot as long as it has incentives. I asked multiple times if we had a maximum price cap and she kept telling us no, any car with incentives. I call her friday because she told us to come Saturday and she let me know she wouldn’t be there but the work is all done and Jesse Diaz will be helping us. Jesse was in the office with her and we started talking about the stingers. She said “absolutely you could get one since they have incentives” she had Jesse text me what stingers they had and I told him we wanted the white one. They “did the numbers” and said that’d be fine and works out perfect. They only had 3, a white, black and red. So there was no confusion as to which one the white was but just Incase I made sure the one on the website was the correct one, which it was. We drove THREE hours after a long week of work with our baby to get this car. I texted Jesse when we were exiting (it’s 2 minutes from the exit) and he wouldn’t even come out til another salesman went and got him. We started to walk around and he said “ hey I have the stinger all ready right here” I made it clear I needed to test drive it since it’d be my daily driver. They got back from the drive and Jesse walked in and went straight to his office and my husband looked annoyed when he walked in. I had to just got look at the car myself and my husband had to go get him to tell him to let me test drive it. Jesse knew NOTHING about the car to the point I was showing him what the car had when he said it didn’t and couldn’t answer a single question and hardly responded when you spoke to him. We got back and he didn’t say and a word and went back to his office and left us sitting in the lobby for 3 hours only coming out with a paper full of someone else’s information asking if it was correct, he left again then came out and said “your done” and walked away. we signed with Kyle who got us from the lobby and they had us wait again in the lobby to bring the car up then sent us on our way. I then receive a moody text message from Maggie saying she needed a bunch of information since we “decided to get an expensive car” and that’s where the real nightmare begins. She says she only had us approved for $20,000 and we chose too expensive of a car and didn’t listen when on reality NOTHING changed since we talked on Friday. We got the same car with the same stock number and vin that we agreed on. Then she tried to say Jesse screwed everything up and didn’t do what she told him instead of admitting that she dropped the ball. She was extremely unpleasant to talk to as was Jeff burgess the general sales manager who didn’t want to hear what I had to say and pushed me off the phone. She then called my coworker and started talking to him about my personal business and told him I was being “boujee” until he told her that she was the one that screwed up and she owned that to him. When I called her on the 10th day after not hearing from her in awhile to tell her after our horrid and sketchy experience, she was rude and unprofessional and yelling and talking over me about how she did nothing wrong and never lied. I have all of the texts and phone calls to prove otherwise mind you. Then I say how unprofessional it is that she called to talk crap to my coworker and she hung up and called him AGAIN. DONT GO HERE More

He was lazy I think so … and he make us feel like we don’t have anything to do there!! This dealership is by far the worse I’ve been too. More so the service department the mechanic in charge should be punished. The salesman was great. But I just purchased a new car and I still don’t have my so the service department the mechanic in charge should be punished. The salesman was great. But I just purchased a new car and I still don’t have my car. I waited about 5 hours for my car to get detailed and fix radio. I patiently wait till I get bad news that my battery is bad and the mechanics left for the day. I call this morning and I’m still getting the run around from them. So No do not go to San Bernardino all start Kia. Maybe Ontario or riverside is better. No clue just horrible experience buying this Kia at this dump. More

He could probably do better somewhere else. Also, the sales department was great. It's the service department that makes me never want to go back. I made an appointment to get my hatchback fixed, brought it in, and was told it has to be an all day appointment made over the phone. If the website doesn't work, then please let me know before I arrange for a day off and a long drive (I live in the mountains, it's well over an hour each way). Then it took a month and a half to get said appointment. I showed up for my appointment, and an hour and 36 minutes later I'm told they did not order the part while we had been waiting, and so I need to make another appointment but maybe I can try my luck tomorrow. I'm already having trust issues with this crappy prospect. It made me recall a previous service during which time I was told they changed my cabin air filter yet it still smells used (after a winter of no AC), and the time that I was told they changed all my windshield wipers but the rear window wiper was very obviously the same, since the blade part of the wiper was torn and hanging on one end. Then, I remember the disappointing alleged free wash that left a lot of dirt and dead insects. Fully intact. And I was inclined to think that they must have just changed the front wipers and not the rear, or it was probably just a pressure washer and doesn't remove dirt. Clearly, I need to stop being so understanding. I once worked in a drydock when I was enlisted in the Navy and I know first hand that pressure washing is powerful enough to blow soundproof tiles off slimy, seaweed-covered submarines if someone does it correctly. I'll be going somewhere else for my car service from now on. Also, I'm not sure how three stars show up from one for friendliness. It wasn't my doing. More

Great experience Irving helped me to buy my car. He was very helpful and informative. He encouraged me to test drive my new car along with other cars. He helped us to Irving helped me to buy my car. He was very helpful and informative. He encouraged me to test drive my new car along with other cars. He helped us to go through various options for financing the car. He even let me go on the highway so that I could get a feel for how it drives on the highway. He’s going to deliver my car personally and help me to set up the car so that it is connected to my phone. He made sure to show me all of the safety features on the car and other cars. He also showed me how the safety features work by demonstrating them. He cared about our top priorities. More
Service dept. is worst I've experienced, ever!! Chris began to excuse away the sound as possibly related to the Turbo devise getting noisy (forgot the name of the device). He also stated that the mirror is not repairable and would cost $600 to replace (he had not even looked at it yet). This was all spoken to me before stating their would be a $120 fee whether they heard the noise of not. So I cancelled the noise from my work order since it comes and goes. Instead, I said, just tell me if the mirror needs to be repaired or replaced. He said that is still a $120 fee. Of course, I opted to just get the computer software update and took my care to Exclusive Auto in Yucaipa (Awesome Service!!) They replaced the mirror (the mirror was only $165) and advised that they would listen for the sound while they had the car for free. If they were to hear it, they will give me a quote. This was a much more reasonable alternative. Mr Choi, I will never return to your establishment again and will definitely advise my friends and family of the poor service. More
Review rip off service dept practices Dear Mr Choi (owner) Kia San Bernardino. Please be advised that you customer centered service dept is a joke. Since you decided not to reply to my ema Dear Mr Choi (owner) Kia San Bernardino. Please be advised that you customer centered service dept is a joke. Since you decided not to reply to my email, I assume you are not in touch. Beware of Brian and his service dept crew's antics. My aircond system has a leak and would tell you crew where it is if I knew. I paid $170. Or so to be told by Chris POHL that you do not have time to help because you have too many other cars waiting. In stead my leak is caused by 4 month old cabin filter. These practices are going to be brought to you attention. Take some interest in your operations. More
