Had to return for a real repair after only 1000 miles. Cam/ lifter issues on a 3.6 jeep engine. First "repair took 4 weeks to get parts, one month later I'm back because the repair blew out/ seized up. Cam/ lifter issues on a 3.6 jeep engine. During the 6 week wait, I had my oil changed on a 2500 ram diesel. They checked the air filter, and didn't close the housing correctly. He'll they left all the plastic bolts off!!! Repairs made here really are questionable. I do not recommend it. More

Jesse did not write anything down when I brought the vehicle in. I asked to have the rear step tightened up as it was loose. That was not done. I brought truck in for a popping noise in front end. As it is better after repairs there was a pop when I hit speed bump right in front of service door. I then drove it around in parking lot and could only duplicate pop a couple times. It still pops but not nearly as bad as it used to. I think Jesse should work on up sale items like wiper blades. I didn’t think about it at the time however it would have been an easy sell. More
