Honest & friendly people! - jimmarkunas

Honest & friendly people! Yes... They are slow AF when it comes to service, but they're honest, communicative, and do great work, which makes up for the pace. They even called me the day after they finished their work to give me some money back that they accidentally overcharged - super honest & unexpected. San Antonio is filled with HORRIBLE Dodge dealerships (talking to you, San Antonio CDJR on I35), Steele is not one of them. They're a stark contrast to the other Meccan Dodge Dealerships, insofar as they're actually good people. Get your cars from Steele, get your service from Steele (if you have 2-4 days to kill), avoid the I35 guys like the plague.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with - Anthony Morales

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Austin at the Nyle Maxwell RAM dealership, and I can’t recommend him enough! From the moment I arrived, Austin greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He wasn’t pushy at all, which was a refreshing change from some of the high-pressure sales tactics I’ve encountered elsewhere. Austin’s knowledge of the RAM lineup was impressive—he answered all my questions in detail, walking me through the different models, features, and options available. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of each vehicle based on my needs, and was transparent about pricing and available incentives, ensuring there were no surprises throughout the process. What really stood out was Austin’s commitment to making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible, even negotiating with the finance team to ensure I received the best rate. The entire car-buying process felt seamless and stress-free, and Austin’s communication was top-notch—he kept me updated regularly without ever being overbearing. I also appreciated that Austin wasn’t just focused on the sale. He made sure I understood all the features of my new RAM truck before I drove off the lot and followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. His level of customer care truly set him apart. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle and want a no-pressure, hassle-free experience with a knowledgeable, trustworthy salesperson, I highly recommend Austin at Nyle Maxwell RAM. He made my car-buying experience enjoyable and straightforward, and I couldn’t be happier with my new truck! Thank you, Austin!

If Jeep could bottle the perfect salesperson, it would be - Tulip Doerfler

If Jeep could bottle the perfect salesperson, it would be Josh Valdez from Brown Dodge in Devine, Texas. From our very first conversation, Josh Valdez impressed me with his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. I reached out about finding a "mom car" that could seat six, stay within my budget, and still feel like my car, and he delivered exactly what I wanted. Before I even set foot in the dealership, Josh Valdez had everything lined up. The paperwork was prepared, the vehicle was detailed, and all I had to do was show up and fall in love with my new car. What made this experience even more meaningful is that I had almost purchased the exact same vehicle from another Jeep dealership. Unfortunately, that visit ended in one of the most unprofessional and embarrassing encounters I've ever had, a sales manager at IPAC spoke to me in a way that left me humiliated, right in front of my mother and my three-year-old. When I told Josh about it, he didn't just shrug it off , he took the time to listen, to understand, and to reassure me that my business and my trust were valued. He turned what had been a terrible situation into an incredible, confidence-restoring experience. Josh Valdez didn't stop at the sale. He followed up with me three separate times to check how I was enjoying the car, to answer any questions, and to make sure I knew I could reach out to him anytime. That type of follow-through is rare, it shows that he truly cares about his customers and stands behind what he sells. Josh Valdez isn't just a great salesman; he's an asset to Jeep as a brand. He represents honesty, respect, and exceptional customer service in every interaction. I can say with absolute confidence that Brown Dodge in Devine is where you need to go if you want a smooth, enjoyable, and truly personal car-buying experience. Josh Valdez, you've set the standard. Jeep should be proud to have you on their team.

I then used this Jeep as a trade-in and have been trying since June to get a refund for the service contract - that was never even used. First, it took several calls to get the Finance Manager, Rob Couser actually on the phone. Then it took a couple reminder voicemails to get him to actually send me the paperwork. Upon receipt, I got it filled out and returned to him promptly. Called him to verify receipt and he let me know he did, in fact, receive the paperwork. Several days pass and Rob calls to let me know that while I do qualify for a refund, he had to send me a different form because they were in the middle of "changing the servicer" of their service contracts. Received new paperwork, go through the process again - fill it out, return within a couple of days, verify he received updated paperwork - yes, yes and yes. I received the GAP insurance refund from the loan provider within four weeks but nothing from the dealership for the service contract. It has now been 12 weeks, I've still gotten no refund and of course, Rob is no longer returning my calls. DO NOT SPEND YOUR VERY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! 0 of 10, would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
