In the beginning everything was very respectful and professional and that’s because when your purchasing a vehicle from any car company/dealer etc. of course they’re going to work with you and make sure your satisfied in the best way possible well as of today September 24, 2020 I’m am absolutely unsatisfied, and highly annoyed, frustrated and beyond disappointed with the whole state of Virginia. So let’s start from the beginning this is my first time purchasing a vehicle I wanted a Jeep Renegade, so I happen to look on my bank car buying option and they had quite a few Jeep Renegades long story short I came across the Jeep that I now have now from Alpha Motorsports and I’m highly disappointed with their company as I received the car Wednesday August 26, 2020 in the afternoon as I went to test drive it I heard loud noises from the back, I contacted the person who sold me the car and he told me that there should be no loud noise the only issue with the car was something in the front was loose and it needed to be tightened which they tightened before sending the car. Ok cool, so after I let the person know who sold me the car I made my own arrangements and went to get the car inspected with my Triple A Tuesday September 8th, 2020 and come to find out there’s so many issues with this car regarding breaks, front left caliper, front right caliper, front brake hose, and front disc brake rotor, oh and let’s not forget the muffler. So triple a recommended I go to Scotties Muffler to save more once I told the salesmen that. The salesmen wanted me to get a second opinion anyway because he believed Triple A was trying to get over on me, so I ended up taking it to Scotties. Scotties ended up finding more issues there was a gas leakage and something was frozen underneath. Scotties and Triple A told me if I continue to drive that Jeep it would catch on fire. Moral of the story this company/dealer have not been very helpful with nothing more so unprofessional then anything it’s no way in xxxx this is my first time purchasing a vehicle and I’m already having issues within two weeks as far as mufflers and breaks and freezing etc. that I have to come out of pocket and pay for everything when triple A and Scotties muffler told me that Alpha Motorsports had to have known this car was messed up from the jump they still continue to sell it to me. Thinking I wasn’t going to get the car inspected and find out on my own. As far as being told from the salesmen that they took it through 2 not 1 but 2 thorough inspections and they didn’t find anything makes me wonder did you really even take it through inspection or did you just threw a sticker on the vehicle because I haven’t even seen any inspection papers, the salesmen had the nerve to say “he didn’t have to disclose that it needed to be tighten.” If I paid for the vehicle everything needs to be disclosed I paid for that xxxxxxxxx so I need to know what’s up as I let my lawyer know what’s going on. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the general manger for weeks I only heard from that man once and he said he would get back with me as far as everything and you think he has done so absolutely not. So now my temp tags expired Wednesday September 23rd, 2020 and mind you I received the vehicle August 26th, 2020 it’s been 28 days since I had my Temp Tags they didn’t even give me a full month for my Temp Tags only 28 days now I asked family members about Temp Tags and I told them everything that’s been going on with this xxxxxxxxx xxx vehicle/dealer my family members told me dealers usually give Temp Tags for two months. Interesting because mines are only for 28 days so I called the dealer told them my tags expire Wednesday September 23rd, 2020 the person who sold me the car lies and says oh “he tried to get a hold of you regarding your tags but you didn’t answer he left you a voicemail” etc. that’s funny because I have no missed calls from any number in Virginia better yet I have no voicemail from Virginia regarding any tags etc. so I as I’m listening to this lie he continues to tell I said ok I’m just taking notes because my lawyer is present to everything and I truly appreciate it so the salesmen said they usually don’t give out second Temp Tags which I’m confused because you’re supposed to extend my Temp Tags to the until my hard tags come in so I called my DMV and I explained to them everything that’s been going on with this company/dealer and they told me to fill out some forms which I will. It’s very sad and unfortunate that as a 20 year old female I have to go through all of this and figure everything out on my own it’s stressful as xxxx I paid for the car to get fix which wasn’t cheap and rental car and missed a few days of work and had to pay people to get to and from work not easy when working 2 jobs. Tired of getting the run around from general manager as to why he’s not available which at this point honestly doesn’t even matter anymore because everything will get handle for me in the best way possible to where I am absolutely satisfied with the outcome this dealer/company will have to be held accountable for. I Would absolutely not recommend to anyone to purchase from Alpha Motorsports at all wouldn’t recommend to test drive any other xxxxxxxxx xxx car on their lot, would advise out of state people to avoid this car company. This is not over there will be other people involved because this is unacceptable and I recently read other reviews which weren’t too good either and something needs to be done they do not need to be in business what so ever. Alpha and Jason were great to work with both during and after the sale. they were quick, efficient, and easy to work with. I had lined up financing thru my bank, but they were able to quickly provide a b after the sale. they were quick, efficient, and easy to work with. Having worked with main dealerships and independent dealerships, this was definitely one of my best experiences. They even delivered the car on a flatbed to my house. I definitely recommend Alpha and Jason and would buy from them again. More
This was, by far, the easiest vehicle buying experience of my life. Fast. Simple. Jason was kind and courteous. 10/10 would recommend. I had the car for a few weeks the paint color changed on parts of car. I tried to spk with the manager. No phone call..no email back Jason was still nice but could not get anything done. It was the most hurtful experience buying a car one way and get it home for a little while and the car color is pure white and pearl white in different areas and very noticeable and they ignore yr calls..text message and email. A luxury car at that so it wasnt cheap. The paint job was horrific..u could not see all the imperfections at time of purchase. Hurtful no one tried to remedy the situation. More
