I had the car for a few weeks the paint color changed on parts of car. I tried to spk with the manager. No phone call..no email back Jason was still nice but could not get anything done. It was the most hurtful experience buying a car one way and get it home for a little while and the car color is pure white and pearl white in different areas and very noticeable and they ignore yr calls..text message and email. A luxury car at that so it wasnt cheap. The paint job was horrific..u could not see all the imperfections at time of purchase. Hurtful no one tried to remedy the situation. More

Well, let me tell you guys about a BMW M3 I purchased from Alpha Motorsports. I'd be lying if the experience started off bad. AJ was a nice salesman and took my down payment to hold this car. Sadly, that's about all of the nice things I have to say regarding this purchase. The car's mileage was lied about, when I asked why AJ said "its for marketing purposes". I even brought it up to Rene (the manager) and he said that they drive the cars and put miles on them. That's fine, it's their car; but don't lie online about the milage just to reel someone like me in. I'm talking a 500 mile difference. On a car that was only listed for a few days...come on guys. Before the car was loaded up for delivery I texted Aj asking if there was any damage on the car. He responded saying "there's no scratches, dents or any damage". I've attached this conversation in the photos supplied. It's unfortunate that the only thing I had to go off of when buying this car was a 1080p youtube video that just glanced over everything quickly. The car was damaged way beyond standard wear. From a rip going down the front bumper, a hole in the rear bumper, and scratches and dents around the vehicle. There was even PDR work done on the hood that could have easily been caught once popping it open. There were scratches all underneath it. None of the front end panels were lined up properly either. But don't think that the damage stops on the exterior, the interior has a bad tear and several scratches. But it also doesn't just stop there, there are mechanical issues too. Unfortunately it's not just a bad headlight bulb, the differential is cracked and needs to be fixed asap because its now a ticking time bomb. It's also sitting on aftermarket suspension...which was even installed upside down. Now the rear wheel rubs on the quarter panel. Its slowly ruining the tire and the panel. All things that should have been noticed when working with high end cars. It's just sad that none of this was either caught or brought up. I'd expect this kind of behavior from a small car lot, but not a high end dealer. The car also has a lot of aftermarket installed parts that were never brought up until I saw the video on youtube. So to have all of these things properly fixed (the differential, suspension, new bumper, and a lot of paint work) I've already invested over 6000 dollars. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the dealer, they were avoiding my phone calls. The manager Rene was suppose to call me back in a couple of hours once this was all addressed, but he didn't call me back for a whole week. Then had the nerve to only offer 500 dollars.. I feel like I was tricked by this dealer. I could have easily taken my 43 grand and gone elsewhere, and sadly I wish I would have. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THESE GUYS IF ORDERING OUT OF STATE. If someone from management could reach out to me, I'll update this review. Until then I'll keep posting. More
I recently purchased a vehicle from Alpha Motorsports of Manassas. One thing I didn't like about the saleman was that he told me that the car had new brake pads and rotors. I do the majority of my preventa Manassas. One thing I didn't like about the saleman was that he told me that the car had new brake pads and rotors. I do the majority of my preventative maintenance on my vehicles so I knew that they were nowhere near new. There was really no need for him to bring them up if he was unsure or deliberately trying to mislead me. He said that the air and cabin ait filters were also just replaced. Both of them were filthy. You can't lie to people that don't know how to check these things out. It can cause issues later on. The main issues that I had are with quality control. It rained the day that i got the car. The car has auto wipers so I was able to test them out. They didn't work. Upon further inspection, I noticed that a lot of rain sensor gel was packed all over the sensor, even the part that shouldn't have gel over it. I went to take it out to clean it off but the sensor was glues inside the enclosure with some type of epoxy. I had to replace it all. I had to replace the trunk lift supports that were deteriorating to the point that I could feel them cracking when I touched them. I also had to replace the transfer case switch because for some reason it would grind when I tried to switch between drive modes. Then,, I found another issue. The rack and pinion is leaking. This is a $2200 repair. Today I changed my front grille to a different OEM grille. Behind the front bumper cover there are zip ties holding wires to the body. The bumper is damaged so it can not go back together properly. I am definitely not putting it back together without doing it properly. I advise AGAINST this place. Either they know nothing about vehicles or they do not check them out before they sell them. I spoke to Amir at the dealership. I was told that I should have done a PPI (prepurchase inspection) which they don't offer. I was told that they dont inspect the vehicles because they "can't afford it" because they are independent dealers. Even after telling him issue after issue he pretty much said "you should have done a PPI." I noticed that the front and rear bumper cover were a different colors than the rest of the body. Upon bringing it to the body shop, I was told that there was a major rear impact accident with this vehicle that has never been fixed. The total cost would be over $4000. This company refuses to take any accountability for the products that they sell. More
