Sales Department

I would leave a zero if possible. Dealership did not complete proper paperwork for EV tax rebate that would have cost them nothing but a few minutes. I was then told "sorry about you Dealership did not complete proper paperwork for EV tax rebate that would have cost them nothing but a few minutes. I was then told "sorry about your luck" Sorry for them the courts had them pay what I was owed plus some for my troubles. Nas the manager has horrible customer service. The same salesman men weren't still there a few months later. Probably for a good reason. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU LIKE BAD EXPERIENCES More

I had a great experience with Alpha Motorsports, especially working with Arman. This was my first Tesla, and he took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was c especially working with Arman. This was my first Tesla, and he took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with all of the features before I left. He even helped get everything set up and made sure all the upgrades were working. The whole process was so easy and stress-free that I actually bought a second vehicle. That’s how much I trusted Arman and the team. If you’re thinking about buying a Tesla or any other vehicle, I definitely recommend asking for Arman. He genuinely cares about his customers and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thanks again for everything! More

Purchased a Tesla Model 3 on 12/6/2025. Was told that they will call me the next business day in order to tell me the date the car will be shipped. I called numerous times only for the sale Was told that they will call me the next business day in order to tell me the date the car will be shipped. I called numerous times only for the sales team to tell me that the car cannot be shipped because it needs new tires. Was told that they will call me on Wednesday. They did not call me Wednesday after I had tried numerous times to contact the sales person who sold me the car. The energy shifted tremendously from them wanting me to buy the car and now me actually wanting my car that I rightfully purchased. Ridiculous. Today is Thursday and I have asked to speak with the manager all morning and they keep saying he will call me back. This will be the third car I have purchased out of state and highly recommended that you do not purchase a vehicle here. Very unprofessional and very stressful. More

Exceptional Customer Service from Bobby Berry and the Alpha Automobile Dealership Team! I recently purchased my Tesla from Alpha Automobile Dealership, and I have to say — the experience was absolute Alpha Automobile Dealership Team! I recently purchased my Tesla from Alpha Automobile Dealership, and I have to say — the experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, Bobby went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Even though my car wasn’t ready on the scheduled pickup day, Bobby quickly arranged a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. He consistently kept me updated on the progress of my car and made sure everything was ready for me as soon as possible. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. I drove all the way from Maryland to Fredericksburg to buy this car, and it was completely worth the trip. The level of customer service I received from Bobby and the entire Alpha team was the best I’ve ever experienced at any dealership. Without a doubt, I would gladly make the same trip again for my next vehicle purchase. Highly recommend Bobby and the Alpha Automobile Dealership to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great buying experience More
