I bought my car from AJ, and it broke down, and the engine light came on just after one month of purchase. I'm sure the damages in my car did not happen overnight, the car had these damages hidden, and the dealership did not disclose them before purchase. When I spoke with AJ, he refused to offer any help. Then, when I told him that the damages in my car can not just happen in one month, and they were there before I purchased the car, he promised to give me a call back to let me know what they can do. However, this was just as I expected, an excuse from AJ to get out of the call and I never heard back from him. I would like to leave a note for the owner "Halid A.," who I've noticed writes a lot of apology replies to bad reviews from customers who bought or were about to buy damaged cars from his dealership. Let me tell you something: APOLOGIES LOSE THEIR VALUE WITH REPETITION FOR THE SAME MISTAKE. AJ and the rest of your staff need to learn to keep their promises and build trust with customers and more important to be honest about the condition of the car before selling it to the customers.
