I bought a 2021 Toyota Camry from Alpha Motor on August 31, 2025, and I have been very disappointed with the service I received from my dealer, Mark. Before I purchased the car, he promised that the cente 31, 2025, and I have been very disappointed with the service I received from my dealer, Mark. Before I purchased the car, he promised that the center console compartment (which was broken) would be repaired when the part arrived, and that my license plate would be mailed to me about ten days after I sent him the Maryland inspection. I sent the inspection to him within a few days, but I waited almost three weeks with no update and no response to my texts or calls. I had to contact the company myself to find out what was going on. Later, someone called me asking for my driver’s license, even though I had already given it to Mark at the time of purchase. Because of this delay, I received my permanent plate three days after my temporary tag expired. For the center console, I have been calling and texting many times for over a month, but Mark has never called or texted me back. He keeps saying he will, but he doesn’t. I just wanted communication or an update—anything. Eventually, he told me to contact the general manager, but I could never reach anyone. My calls were disconnected, and no one ever returned my messages. I live 2–3 hours away, so it’s difficult for me to come in without confirmation that the part is ready. This whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management will take this seriously and improve communication and customer service for future customers. More
